What is cream powder?
Out of fresh milk, cream powder is created. After the milk is pasteurized and the fat value is standardized, concentrated and spray dried. After this proces you are left behind with cream powder. Cream powder is available with fatvalues of 42% to 60%.
What are the uses of cream powder?
Cream powder is mostly used in the food for the processing in bakkeryproducts, chocolade, icecream and desserts.
